This promotion (“Find the Secret”) (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Fundamental Game Studios (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Valve Corporation, Steam, or any other third party.
Open to natural persons 18 years or older at time of participation. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable parent/guardian consent to participate and to receive a prize. The Promotion is void in jurisdictions where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate local law.
The Promotion begins on November 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends when the secret is found—defined as the time Sponsor receives the first eligible entry as described in Section 6—or on November 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT, whichever occurs first. Sponsor’s server/device is the official timekeeper.
Limit one (1) entry per person/household/IP. Automated, bulk, fraudulent, or system-generated entries are prohibited.
Anti-cheat: Data-mining the build, extracting assets, or obtaining the phrase/code from outside normal gameplay (e.g., someone else’s stream, posted files) may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The winner is the first eligible email received by Sponsor during the Promotion Period with a correct claim phrase and a valid screenshot captured during the Promotion Period. Time of receipt is determined by Sponsor’s email system. Odds depend on timing and number of participants.
The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter, typically within 72 hours after receipt of the winning entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, or Sponsor cannot deliver the prize, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next valid entrant (if any).
Prizes will be delivered digitally (e.g., Steam Wallet code) to the winner’s email, or by a mutually agreeable method. Winners may be required to complete an eligibility affidavit and/or parental consent (if under 18) and any required tax forms before prize delivery.
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, fees, and duties associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue tax forms as required by law.
Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion or game; uses bots, scripts, or automation; submits false information; or acts in violation of these Terms or in an unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates are not liable for: incorrect or inaccurate information; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Valve Corporation or Steam. Any questions should be directed to Sponsor, not to Valve/Steam.
Information you provide (e.g., email, screenshot, Steam profile link) will be used by Sponsor to administer this Promotion, contact winners, and deliver prizes. Sponsor will not sell participants’ personal information. Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fundamentalgamestudios.com/privacy.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any part of it) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor. If terminated, Sponsor may award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the issue or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate.
These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and participants consent to personal jurisdiction therein. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
