What's the Matter? is a fun and challenging twin stick shooter that teaches you about the periodic table of elements. Play as Matty Matter, a bit of matter, as he sets off on rescue missions throughout the universe to save other bits of matter in need.
Crashed transport ships, lost vacationers and prison escapees all need your help. Progress through the periodic table of elements as you move through space and collect your matter friends. Being avid gamers we at Fundamental Studios have noticed a trend that there are few if any educational games that become mainstream. Video games provide a unique opportunity to educate. While most games are great at teaching problem solving, few have tried to teach real world concepts. Maybe one day instead of doing homework children will get to learn through their favorite game. Our goal is to introduce players to concepts using fun and engaging gameplay.
